The Origin
Coach Calvin Ford approached Ozhan, CEO of Hit N Move, with a specific request:
Create a small 12-oz glove for Gervonta Davis to use in his exhibition bout against Jake Paul.
Ozhan Took It Further?
Rather than scaling down a traditional 12-oz glove, Ozhan realised he could replicate the form of an 8-oz fight glove while re-engineering the internal padding to reach the 12-oz benchmark.
The glove was produced and shipped immediately for testing in camp.
The Result.....
He heard back that Tank loved it. Although the fight was cancelled, Coach Calvin noticed the glove enhanced power training by delivering 12-oz protection while preserving the feel and precision of a standard fight glove.
