Ozzie Akcakaya
Ozhan Akcakaya aka Ozzie is a licensed medical professional in pharmaceutical industry specialized in orthopedic and dermatological therapies. He is also a licensed amateur boxer who enjoys competing in amateur events, sparring in Virginia gyms and being trained by world famous coaches who live in DMV area. While having a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, his passion for developing better boxing gloves led Ozzie to find HIT N MOVE®. Ozzie started HIT N MOVE® with one question; how do we offer products that bring the most ergonomic and anatomical experience without developing bad habits and injuries? With his medical knowledge in orthopedics and anatomy, coupled with his NASM and European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) Level 4 certifications, he started HIT N MOVE®.

Alaina Akcakaya
Alaina Akcakaya has a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has had a successful career within the consulting industry. Using her background in ergonomics, Alaina enjoyed designing and perfecting the HIT N MOVE® organizational culture. As a post collegiate athlete, she understood the desire of perfecting a skill without developing bad habits. She is passionate about the athlete’s experience with HIT N MOVE®productsand believes in the importance of the user engagement and public relations as HIT N MOVE® is becoming a world wide brand.

Dr. Türker Bıyıklı
Dr. Türker Bıyıklı is a distinguished expert in the field of sports performance, rehabilitation, and education, with over 22 years of experience in the fitness and health industry. Currently serving as a Doctor at Marmara University, Dr. Bıyıklı combines his extensive knowledge as a physical therapist and osteopath with a passion for enhancing athletic performance.
As a vital member of the HitnMove team, Dr. Bıyıklı has played an instrumental role in testing the innovative headgear and rigorously peer-reviewing the data, contributing to advancements in athletic training technology. His commitment to improving athlete performance is matched only by his dedication to education, as he has actively engaged with numerous international organizations throughout his career.
Dr. Bıyıklı has also served as a consultant in various sports disciplines. His previous roles include conditioning coach at Arsenal FC and Leeds United AFC, and head coach of physical performance for the U21 Soccer National Team from 2018 to 2020..
Dr. Bıyıklı’s leadership was pivotal when the Greco-Roman team, under his direction as Performance & Health Director, clinched the championship at the World Wrestling Championship in Belgrade, Serbia, in September 2022.
Additionally, Dr. Bıyıklı is a Master Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has held leadership positions in exercise and sports science at Nişantaşı University and İstanbul Gelişim University.
Dr. Bıyıklı’s commitment to excellence in sports performance and rehabilitation makes him a key asset in advancing athletic training and health solutions.

Zvezdomir Zamfirov, MD (Dr. Zed)
Dr. Zamfirov, also known as Dr. Zed, was born and raised in Bulgaria. He played soccer professionally and he was selected to play for the Bulgarian Junior National Team. Early in his sports career he decided to become a physician for athletes and to treat their sports injuries. He received his MD degree from the Plovdiv Medical University in 1987. He then completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency and specialized in sports trauma and knee surgery.
For over eight years he served as a physician of the Bulgarian Olympic Canoe team, several professional soccer teams in Bulgarian soccer division “A”, and as a consulting physician of the Bulgarian National Soccer team. During his orthopedic practice in Bulgaria Dr. Zed has treated and operated on many internationally known athletes, Olympic and World champions.
In 2000 he and his family moved to the US. Here, he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Georgetown University/ National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC where he received extensive training in the field of interventional pain management. Since 2007 Dr. Zed has been providing comprehensive care for thousands of patients in his offices in Glen Burnie, Annapolis, and Kent Island.
Dr Zamfirov is the founder of All Star Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine which opened its doors on February 1st, 2017.
His areas of special interests include fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, non-operative spine care, pain management, sports medicine, neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulator treatment), and regenerative medicine for spine, joints, muscles, and ligaments.
Dr. Zed is a member of the medical staff at Baltimore Washington Medical Center and Anne Arundel Medical Center.
He still plays soccer in an indoor league at Howard County. He also loves fishing and skiing.
He joined the Hit N Move Sports Medicine Consultancy team driven by his passion for developing boxing gloves that reduce injuries. Having treated numerous boxers suffering from hand injuries caused by popular brands, he is confident that Hit N Move gloves offer superior protection without compromising performance. As a pioneering orthopedic surgeon, he played a key role in creating the Pro Fist Principles for Hit N Move, ensuring optimal safety and effectiveness.
